Send Email as Public Folder RRS feed

  • Hello everyone,

    my question is simple, but i could find a way to solve the problem.
    There is a CRM user, he has an exchange email account and an email adress. user@a.com, he also has an public folder with send as permission, with the email: user@b.com.

    When he is sending emails via crm, only his user is available, and no public folder. How can he send emails via crm with his user@b.com Email Adress?

  • You could use a Queue for this. Simply create a queue with the email address user@b.com and depending on the configuration of you CRM email router you may also have to configure some permissions in the same way as you did for the user mailbox.
