Your installation shows as not genuine because you have an Activation Exploit installed, to force your Sony system to accept the HP SLIC table and circumvent activation requirements.

You should reformat and reinstall using the manufacturer's Recovery media for your machine.

  • thank u

It's possible to recovery using System Restore to old state

    otherwise

I will take it Sony Service Center for Format

  • Activation Exploits work outside the normal parameters of System Restore - you need to reset the system to ex-factory state using the manufactuerer's Recovery system. See your manual for details.

Note that this will completely wipe your system, so back up your data to external media first!

IS THIS WINDOW LICENCE OR NOT?
    Thursday, December 15, 2016 1:01 PM
  • The installation is counterfeit - for both Windows and Office.

The Office installation is using a Blocked Volume License Key

The Windows installation has been 'activated' using a hacker's Activation Exploit - note the SLIC HPQOEM entry in the Bios tables at the end
