    since today 20141020

    our users get this message often when trying to login to their CRM online environment.  

    after trying e few times (with same user) it gets through.  We get the message right after filling in user and password in the login.microsoftonline.com .  same situation in IE9 IE11, chrome.

  • The 404 means that the server that should do the authentication (the resource) cannot be reached or is down.  If you are able to get through eventually in indicates that the server is not totally down?

    Are you using CRM online or On Premises?

    If you are using CRM online you will need to contact the people hosting your CRM.  If your CRM is an on premises deployment you will need to look at your server.  Start trying to access the CRM through the web interface directly from the server.
