Pricing and licensing during development and production

Question
-
Hi,
I am new here and can't find some info and even apropriate forum section to ask. I'd like to talk about licences in Microsoft's stack (MSSQL, Visual Studio, Windows, maybe more) during development and later production maintenance of a system I'm starting to work on. I've found information about MSSQL licenses but it solves my problem only partially. Where should I post my questions?
Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you're asking about a visual studio subscription?

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/subscriptions/vscloud-overview?view=vsts
and contact sales support here.

you can also try asking here.

Production licensing questions should be directed towards a reseller's trained licensing specialist or ask microsoft volume center directly.

I'm very sorry for getting back after so long.
Thank you for your response but what you propose is not quite what I really need. My question is more about which licences at least and when Have I to buy? Let me explain you what I try to do.
First of all I'm a .NET developer and I use MS stack daily in the company I work for. I also code in my free time as I love C# and really enjoy creating things. This is where my little project comes in. I am developing an application in .NET using relational SQL database. For now I am done planning and writing down the documentation and I'm writing code first backend server. All the tools I use are free as it started as a fun project just for me. But then I spoke with some other people who loved the idea and asked me to publish it. So
- I am developing a system which I don't make money on (so far).
- The project is in an relatively early state and there wasn't any working version yet.
- I plan to deploy it somewhere so I can run closed pre alpha tests just for me.
- Next I would like to open my test for my friends and people who asked for it, so it would be closed alpha.
- After running successful alpha test I would move to open tests.
- Whenever I would feel ready I would state the end of tests AND start looking for companies, which could became partners as I would need some source of financing all that thing (so technically it becomes a commercial project this moment).
- Continous improvement and development - if only the app is appreciated and can earn for itself.
As I stated, I use SQL, VS for developing .NET Core server and plan to create Xamarin based mobile apps as well. There will be also an online website created in Angular.
What I seek to know is when exactly should I buy which licences not to break the law and could it all be hosted using Azure or will I have to find a Windows hosting that would enable me to run .NET Core, SQL Server and Angular frontend at once on one machine? Visual Studio pricing is not what I was looking for because there is a lot more to that!
Thank you in advance for any information and once again I'm sorry to respond that late!
