  • this person has hacked somehow my parents email and sent everyone in their account an email with their junk mail

  • firstly get a spyware program like http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/us/frt/0?prd=asf   run and remove any spy stuff and then change all your passwords.
    I also have been hacked!!!

  • I'm in the same boat, but have a spyware/virus etc program.

     

    The email was sent at a time when my PC had been turned off for over 48 hours.

     

    Any further thoughts?
