new computer, old activation (non-expired) code for windows live one care with unknown windows live id

Don't have my old windows live id from my old computer, but do have the 20 pin activation key for my windows live one care subscription. The Windows live account i have now does not let me put in an activatioon code of this length. What should I do?

If you don't remember the Live ID and password asociated with your One Care subscription you can contact support for help with recovering your subscription information. How to reach support -
