MS CRM 2016 "The email configuration test is scheduled" but never runs RRS feed

    Hi Team,

    Problem Desc: We restored the CRM database from one environment to new environment. But in the new organization Email profiles are getting succeeded. Once i Approve and Test mailbox i am getting  "The email configuration test is scheduled" but it never runs.

    Please help me to resolve the same.

    Hi Sreenath,

    Restart all CRM Services (Asyc services) and try this action again to see if this works..
