Reactivating onecare with new product key

  I have onecare installed on my home and mobile pc.   I bought a new laptop and am giving my old one to my father.  I bought a new version of onecare 2.0 for him to use on his home pc and my old laptop pc (and associate them under his ID).  But don't know how to input his new product key into the laptop and associate with his pc and live ID  

   

  Do I need to uninstall onecare and reinstall?  I'd hoped there was a way to update change the account info . .but maybe not.
