Restore Activation with OneCare RRS feed

    I have already renewed my subscriotion for another year with OneCare, which was done automaticly.  In addition to this subscription that was done automaticly, I was still advised to renew the subscription again that has resulted with my credit card being charged twice. However, this still reactivated my OneCare. What could be the problem???
