Hello Harry, from thescrenshot it looks like every One Care module has failed. I don't know what might have caused this. I can only guess that either conflicting software, undetected malware or the failure of a service dependency would cause this. I suggest uninstalling One Care, running the cleanup tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2 then reinstalling One Care. If the issue persists please contact support. How to reach support - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2421771&SiteID=2
