     what is the last date for submission of design document( first phase)

    In my page the dead line was as 1-march ie) today

    so please tel the correct date for submission.

    dates are changed

    old dead line for submitting the design document was 30th mar but now its changed and new deadline for submitting design document is 25 mar 2007
