Could someone please help me. I have had this problem for a couple of months and still don't have it sorted out and i am getting really frustrated.
I bought my computer a couple of months aga and got the free 90 day trial with onecare. I have got a product key number code on the side of the computer tower that i try to enter to get the one care put on when the trial has finished. It won't except the code saying it is incorrect. I have asked for help many times but no one has explained things to me clearly on how to resolve the problem. If this code is not valid then i need to buy the one care subscription but dont want to do that if i have a free key.This is my first computer and it is very confusing trying to understand the various things i have to do so if you can help me could you please explain the instructions clearly so i know what i have to do.
