  • Will they add a feature where you can add the start button to the Desktop View?

    this forum is about Microsoft 'Trainings and Certifications'. For better help and support you should ask your question in a Windows 8 forum, but from what I know there are no plans bring back the start button to the desktop view. If you really want one: There are several tools available (just Google for it).

    Your best bet will be to use free third-party add-ons (plug-ins) that will give you that behavior. They should appear on the web before the end of the year.

    Alternately, I suggest you become comfortable with the Windows 8 Start screen. As well, create shortcuts on the desktop and pin apps to your taskbar.
