im having a few problems here!

Question

first of all, one care wont let me turn on the virus and spyware monitoring it says one care cant turn on virus and spyware monitoring until the problem is fixed. When i click on it to fix it it says it cant do it at this time, second im trying to use my extender, xbox 360 and it says a firewall is blocked it. please help

Well, you really need to deal with the first problem and then we can look at the settings in the firewall.
Try this tool for the virus and spyware not starting -

For the xbox 360 issue, open OneCare, click change settings, and Configure Network. make sure that the network is identified as "Home or Work." If so, under the advanced button, on the ports and protocols tab, make sure that the boxes at the bottom of the list for Xbox 360 are checked.
If the virus and spyware problem persists after using the tool and rebooting, contact support.

If that problem is resolved and the xbox 360 problem persists, turn off the OneCare firewall to see if it works without the firewall on. If it does, then revisit the settings for the network in OneCare and/or contact support.

it wont let me download it says there was a problem, and the boxes for xbox are checked, i just dont know waht to do here.
