Sign-In is Blocked - Reset password does not help

    Question

  • When trying to access one of my microsoft live accounts, I'm getting the message that "Sign-in is blocked" and that i need to reset my password.  I have reset the password both by answering my question and by having a reset sent to my email.   Both times it looks like the password has been reset but when I go to sign in I am still getting the message that "sign-in is blocked".   What can I do?  Is there a number to call?

    Please help!!
