office Genuine validation, office XP validation faliure

Question
-
Thru the Home Use Program I bought Office XP Professional version 2002 in 2005.
I have been using it since with no problems.
Now OGA tells me that the validation failed.
I have tried to uninstall and install again + activate with no problems.
But the validation still fails.
Hope you can help me!

Thank you!
I ran the FIX IT, but got no response.
(It had removed the data.dat file)
Then I used the manual procedure, and after that my system works fine.
