I have ran the download at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=50346&clcid=0x409 to change the product key.
It says the product is not valid! I'm not sure if this help but my computer was originally a SP1 before it upgraded.
please help me

The Product Key Update Tool only allows switching from Pro to Pro or Home to Home product keys. For a Pro to Home installation, unfortunately, is a full reinstall.
It would be best to backup all your software and personal files before doing so.
