I have ran the download at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=50346&clcid=0x409  to change the product key.

It says the product is not valid! I'm not sure if this help but my computer was originally a SP1 before it upgraded.

  • The Product Key Update Tool only allows switching from Pro to Pro or Home to Home product keys. For a Pro to Home installation, unfortunately, is a full reinstall.

It would be best to backup all your software and personal files before doing so.
