Sign out not working

  When I click Sign Out at the top right it refreshes the page but doesn't actually sign out.
  
  Sign out again and nothing happens.  I actually signed out and then came here and asked this question.

  clear your browser cache , close browser and restart browser , .... it will work then

  Also, I/we've seen this as an intermittent problem with Passport. What do you see in the right rale of the Forums app when you sign out? Do you see "Sign-in"?
