  Hi Manish,

  Microsoft Translator is a translation service that operates on the Web, so you need an Internet connection to use it.  You can use it using our home page (http://www.microsofttranslator.com/), within Office, using BingBar (see http://toolbar.discoverbing.com/toolbar/en-us.html), and using various other tools.  If you are developing translation tools, you can also use our API (http://www.microsofttranslator.com/dev/) or Widget (http://www.microsofttranslator.com/Widget/).
