Email router and unresolved recipients RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    I have configured email router to use pop3 (gmail).

    In deploy tab i have spicified a crm user (user XXX for example).

    I have changed the personal option for XXX user (file, option, email) to receive all mail and don't create contact or lead.

    But in CRM i receive only mail from resolved recipients.

    can Someone explain me what is wrong?
