locked-out- Update glitch RRS feed

  • Help, I'm locked-out. Live one care suddenly thinks that my subscription is expired.
    (actual expiration 1/1/10. Had to restart my computer prior to error, unknown start-up prob. 
    Won't update, shows hi-risk status. How do I fix? Thanks

  • Hey Jim, Thanks for the reply. You're right on the money.
    Ran problem through Microsoft EasyAssist, after contacting
    a "chat" representative. My date/time was messed up. Had
    a bizzare computer glitch earlier which had  caused the error.
    The "chat" rep. was great! Fixed my problem right away.
