can't install xp mode on win 7 pro RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to install xp mode on my windows 7 pro. it is dual boot with os x. if i right click on my computer win 7 pro is activated. as you can see below it is genuine, but the validation code is 0. does it have to be 1? how can i change it if it does? it also wouldn't let me install sp1 due to having a bootloader controlling the 2 hard drives.
