Help required on tune up RRS feed

    Tune up works fine on scheduled tasks, but always says it has no completed a full defrag and will complete next time.

    If I run a further tune up outside the scheduled task time, it only gets to 96% then freezes up, and I have to cancel the rest of the tune up.

     

    Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Ignore the defrag warning. I wish that it didn't give you that report, which is pretty normal. Even if the disk defragged 100%, it will become fragmented immediately thereafter. OneCare runs Defrag for a limited time and moves on.

     

    What 96% does it hang at when your run Tune-up manually? Defrag, Virus and Spyware scanning, or something else?
