  • Go back to the download page using Internet Explorer - that should solve the problem, as it uses an ActiveX control rather than a software download - the problem appears to be rooted in the browsers

  • Habit can be a major PITA :)

    The problem, I believe, arises because the alternative browsers use a different security certification process, and somewhere the annual update gets lost - so only IE ends up working until everyone is back in sync again.

    It took about 8 weeks last year for things to settle down - we're on course for about the same this year :(
