    Simple answer - the Key actually belonged to MS itself, for its own internal use!
    If you bought this product, demand a refund from the vendor (if they haven't already skipped town). If you bought a full package, and it appears genuine, then you may be able to claim a complimentary copy from MS, by following the links from a failed attempt to validate the installation.
     
    You are also showing some MisMatched files - all to do with BIOS recognition - which makes me wonder if the disk that you Office came on didn't have unwelcome visitors on it as well!
     
    You can try fixing the mismatch problems by using SFC
     
    Click on Start > Run
    in the box, type
    SFC   /SCANNOW
    you'll need to have your original OEM System Builder install disk to hand (or a slipstreamed version of it).
     
    If you then run MGADiag again, and the files aren't fixed, you should post the results to the XP Genuine forum for detailed analysis.
