Emails recieved in CRM 4.0 queue have status of Draft RRS feed

  • Hi Guys

    I have a queue within CRM 4.0 that is working correctly in terms of emails are coming into it, however it would appear that they all or most seem to have their status as draft??/

    This a pain because when these emails are associated with an entity they appear in the pending activity area, rather than history.  Has anyone seen this or know what the issue is

  • Hi Allan,

    This is odd behavior because when an e-mail goes into a queue, that means it was sent and would not by default be in 'draft' status.   Is it possible that you have some workflow running that is putting the e-mail into draft status or have you done some customization in relationship to the queue?
