We have sql 2000 standard running on sbs 2003 . Can we do an inplace upgrade of sql 2000 to sql 2005 without upgrading sbs 2003.

Perhaps asking this in the right forum would help. Note that this is the "Training and Certification" forum. The SQL Server Setup and Upgrade forum would be a better choice -
