CRM with multiple users on different exchange boxes

Question
-
I have an implementation of CRM with 10 users.
Each user has their own domain and own exchange server.
Would each user need special configuration to use their own exchange server or would the outlook client mean that this is not an issue?Wednesday, July 15, 2009 9:17 AM

Hi Garry,
in the configuration of the outlook client you define only the connecton to the CRM-server. The exchange server and the domain can be another on each client.
Only for the logon to the crm, all users must in the domain from the crm-server.
