Subscribtion won't activate One Care RRS feed

  • Question

  • My subscription is through a promo through Quest. I've reinstalled Oncare on this and other rigs many times without any problems untill now. This install, One care won't accept my Live ID and activate, even though it's the same as the one that is recognised here. This is a clean install of XP PRO SP3 as allways.

    What could be the problem?

  • "Won't accept" means what? Are you encountering an error? If so, what is it?

Support for your subscription is available via Qwest.

  • It searches to verify my live ID for quite awhile and then states it is not a valid ID and i have 30 days to purchase activation. Even though I'm logged in. Guess I'll go talk to Quest.

  • Assuming that the ID is your main Qwest LiveID (I think name@q.com), then try changing the password at http://account.live.com to be less than 8 characters if it is longer. Activate, then change your password back.
