From your MGA Report: Windows Product ID: 00426-068-7804853-86576. The "068" indicates it originated from a not-for-resale MSDN Subscription account. Contact the seller and demand a refund! If you wish to install a genuine Windows 7 Ultimate license, it may be purchased from the Microsoft Store. You can also elect to submit a Counterfeit Software Report if you still have the required documentation.
"Why after a year would this happen?" Because it took about a year before Microsoft discovered the product key was pirated or stolen from a MSDN Subscription account. In all likelihood, whoever sold you this license perhaps sold the same license to many others which triggered an audit.
