update issues

  my windows onecare 2.0 cannot update virus definitions. status is always in the red. i tried to fix it using help menus and troubleshooting tips. in the end i uninstalled it and tried to re-install it . now it will not install at all. i keep getting error id 0036-80070666.  have no protection at all. please help.
