CRM 2011 Outlook Client getting an error when authenticating RRS feed

  • Question

  • In the Configure Organization dialog for Server Information the only option I have is CRM Online.
    although I have is CRM Premise so when the user tries to enter his credentials it fails.
    I have uninstall  and cleaned out the registrt and folder paths and tried again with the same result.

    Message:
    "Cannot connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM server because we cannot authenticate your credentials.
      Check your connection or contact your administrator for more help."

    Any suggestion(s)  will be greatly appreciated

    Version is Windows 8 with Outlook 2013
    CRM has the latest rollup installed

    Which Rollup you have? by screen sharing

    Because Microsoft CRM 2011 with Update Rollup 10 and up is compatible with Microsoft Office Outlook 2013
