    When I signed into TechNet I tried to use my full name, Ed Sponsler, as my display name. I couldn't because it was already in use. I'm guessing that awhile back I setup a profile and I forgot about it. How can I regain access to the account that has display name: "Ed Sponsler"?

    So for now I'm using the display name: "Sponsler".
