    Lost all my emails in my outlook account.

    Lost my excel file.

    Why did this happen?

    I don't believe you will receive an answer to why it happened. But maybe you will.

    On the other hand it would be nice if the constant popup to install Win10 for free, if that update is installed on a system, would advise people of all the known possibilities that can happen concerning their system if Win10 gets installed. I doubt that will happen either.
