  • giddo4all,

    You need to visit: http://www.prometric.com/default.htm

Once you are there you can register for your exam. If you have already purchased a voucher at a discount price you and place the voucher number in at checkout.

If you have not purchased a voucher already. Prometric will give you the ability to purchase one from them at the standard price which for most exams is $150.00.

  • Are you selecting exam 70-646 or are you trying to register for an academic exam (72-646)?  If you're trying to register for an academic exam, you need a voucher from an Academic Institution.

  • Hi,

Please contact your nearest Prometric Centre with the voucher you have and fix a prior appointment with it for the exam. Arrive at the spot and take up your exam at their convinient and your convinient time booked at that prometric centre. You just need to carry your Prometric Id number with you and your voucher along with two identity proofs with photo.

    OR

Call up Prometric help line from the numbers listed in your region on prometric.com, give them your prometric id, give them the date and time you want your exam to be taken, select the centre from prometric.com where each centre has its own prometric centre id give that id to the executive and give your voucher number if he asks. Done... if your online process does not work first option is best just approach directly with voucher...

During the booking of exam online, you have to select Voucher Number from the dropdown list displayed on the page that will enable you to enter your voucher number and proceed ahead towards checkout.

  • Hi Folks I am getting the same problem registering the exam.

I have a voucher from Microsoft and received below instructions from microsoft:

Visit http://www.prometric.com/microsoft and click the "Start" button
    2. Follow the onscreen prompts to schedule your appointment including selection of your country, exam, testing center, and exam date. Note: You will be required to log in during the process.
    3. On Payment Information Screen, click the button to enter your Second Shot Voucher Number.
    4. Once validated, continue through the process to schedule and pay for your exam. Please note: you will pay full price for the exam at the time of registering. Use the same Voucher Number to schedule your free retake exam should you fail.
    5. You will receive a confirmation screen along with an email upon successful registration.

It's failing on step number 4. The voucher gets validated, and when i click COMMIT REGISTRATION button i get the error:

'You must schedule this exam with voucher or 100% Promo'.

You miss 100% of the shots you do not take!

  • If you're having trouble registering on the Prometric site with a voucher, gather all information then just call and schedule the exam.

    https://www.prometric.com/en-us/clients/pages/contact-numbers.aspx?client=microsoft

You're only saving Prometric time and money by trying to do it online while you end up wasting your time and money! To heck with them; and speak to a real person and get it set up correctly immediately.

Just be sure you have all the info ready - test site code, test number, date, time, email, cc info, etc.

    Good luck!

    Best wishes, Davin Mickelson
