  • Question

  • The costs associated with my subscription were charged against an old credit card.  I plan to stop using that card.  How do I go about designating another [different] card to which charges will be made.  I have forgotten my Hotmail address, Password etc     Can you help me?  I am unable to get into making changes due to security

    Is your onecare still active?

    You can check your Live ID onecare is associated with by opening OneCare.

    Click on Help On the top right of onecare main screen.

    Look for your subscription ID, that is the email or Live ID associated with your subscription.

     

    To change credit card info and reset your password, you need to contact support.
