  • Hello ferriera 1987,

Both the Windows XP Pro and the Office Pro 2003 installed on your computer are reporting as Volume Licensing installations of these products.  Both are reporting as having been installed with Blocked Volume Licensing Keys.  This means that the product keys were at one time valid keys, but because the keys have been lost, stolen, or compromised to the internet, or because the Volume Licensing Agreement authorizing the use of the software has expired, the keys have been blocked from any further use by Microsoft.

If you are an individual consumer, you should be using either retail or OEM licensed software.  As a rule, individual consumers using Volume Licensing software are likely to be victims of software counterfeiting.

Please look on the computer or with the materials that came with your computer and/or software purchases for Certificates of Authenticity for Windows and Office.  Please view this website for assistance in identifying and locating your CoAs:   http://www.microsoft.com/howtotell/content.aspx?displaylang=en&pg=coa

Let us know what you find (but do NOT post any product keys).
