    It is going to take me a couple days to be able to assist you in resolving this as I don't currently have access to the tool I need, but I want to let you know I've seen it. I will get back to you by the end of the week with an update.

    I just got access to the log files back and checked on your query. My log doesn't show a redemption attempt from your system since the beginning of July. Can you delete your temporary internet files and try the redemption on www.localpcbuilder.com/redeem again? Let me know the results.
