Not again... App Hub will not open RRS feed

    Well, it's me again. But this time I'm posting in the correct category :-)

    After trying to register with the App Hub, it gave me an error message saying that I have to be 18 to register (I'm 13). But now, whenever I go to the App Hub, I am always greeted with the same lovely message. And it never goes away!

    I've closed the tab, closed the browser, and signed out of my Windows Live ID, but I still see the message, and cannot navigate anywhere on the App Hub as a visitor.

    This is starting to get extremely frustrating.

    Edit: Let me be a little more clear:

    I start up App Hub, and I cannot navigate anywhere off of the error message.
