  Find Microsoft free E-Book to start study, but there is no much materials for this exam yet.
  You should start study by youself with hands on and wait a little bit more.

  In fact the upgrade exams cover the separate exams :70-505,562,561,503,565.
  you want to upgrade MCPD .net 2.0 to MCPD .net 3.5 , you are required to grasp the objectives in .net 3.5.
  however ,there are few materials for upgrade exam .
  so you can buy the materials for those exams .
