Alerts addon for CRM 2011

Hi guys,

I need to know is there any alert add on for CRM 2011 or otherwise can we show alerts without using addons for specific criteria. Please suggest me on this.

You might want to look at the Activity Feeds solution available for free in the Marketplace. See if that fits your needs.

The easiest way to do this right now is to either have a Silverlight dashboard that looks for certain criteria and displays the alerts in silverlight or you could use workflow to watch for certain criteria and send emails.
