Change "FullName" Format for Existing Records in CRM 2011 Online RRS feed

  • I want to change the "FullName" format from "First Name Last Name" to "Last Name, First Name" in my CRM 2011 system. I have already modified the System Setting and it is working correctly for new records we add to our system; however there are existing records in the system which were created using the default setting, so "FullName" displays as "First Name Last Name".

    I have checked the Resource Center and the usual blogs and forums; everything I have read states this is not feasible within CRM itself without adding customized coding. However, these posts were for older versions of CRM; I can't find any information related to this issue and CRM 2011 Online.

    So my question is: Is there a way to modify the "FullName" format for existing records in CRM 2011 Online? If so, how is this done?
