    I keep trying to install Essentials but it keeps rolling back after it reaches 98% complete.  I thought perhaps it had something to do with a previous install of a live component and attempted to uninstall Live Toolbar and other "Live" programs.  It was then that I discovered I couldn't uninstall them because they weren't actually there...

    The file/folder must have been corrupted/removed at some point...somehow.  I really need help...please!
