One Care does not support backup to internal drives but there is a workaround in this post - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2582583&SiteID=2Monday, July 7, 2008 11:03 PMModerator

Real stupid here but where is this on XP?
there is no start/network ? thanks
First, I clicked Start / Network / Network and Sharing Center -- then I turned ON File Sharing and Public Folder Sharing, and I turned OFF Password Protected Sharing. (If you use a password on your Windows logon, then I would suggest leaving this turned ON.)
Second, I clicked Start / Network -- then I clicked on the icon for my pc (KIRK-PC, in my case).

In XP open MY Network Places>Add a network place, use the setup wizard to browse to your destination drive.Tuesday, July 8, 2008 1:25 PMModerator

Way more information than you need, but this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304040 explains XP File and Printer sharing.
Basically, select a folder on D: to share. Right click the folder, and select Sharing.

It won't show up as a drive. It will be a network Share.
You need to enter the path to the Share in the OneCare settings for backing up to a Network Share:
where pcname is the name of your PC and sharename is the name of the Share you created for the folder being shared.
Note that this will *only* be possible if you select Centralized backup and make this PC the hub PC. if the Share is on another PC, you aren't restricted by Centralized backup.
