Tune-up crashes RRS feed

    I get a (blue screen) stop error each time I run OneCare tune-up, 5 minutes into the anti-spyware/virus mode.  Cannot run disk cleanup or defrag in Windows either.  I have deleted and reinstalled OneCare and all related anti-spyware, anti-virus, and registry-fix software.  Appears to be some obscured file conflicting with OneCare.  Is there a diagnostic utility that could help?
