Laptop is telling me Windows is not genuine

Question

Hi there,
I followed your instructions as per another thread and i am hoping you can help? I purchased my laptop approx 12 months ago, which came with a version of Windows 7, i was advised by the retail outlet to purchase a copy of Windows. I installed the new Windows 7 Home Prem and it worked great for approx 9 months, since then i have a black desktop with a message saying:
Windows 7
Build 7600
This copy of Windows is not genuineEvery so often a message pops up telling me i have a counterfeit copy of windows, but i purchased a genuine copy from a retail outlet.
On my COA sticker it says: Windows 7 Home Prem OA.
I'm really hoping you can help me?
Thanks!
Brooke :)

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
- **in your own thread**, please
Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
