    Have u installed the SRS Data Connector, ie Report Extension and Report Authoring Extension components ?

  • Could you provide some more details?

    • Are we talking about a fresh installation?
    • What's the server setup?
    • Do you have multiple organisations and if so, do they all have the same problem?
    • Can you access the report manager? (f.e: <a href="http:///reports">http://<nameofreportserver>/reports)?
    • Is there a folder with Shared Reports?
    • Or are we talking about a migration and maybe you tried to restore an organisation with custom reports?

  • Hi,

    First check all reports are published in the shared folder in the reporting services URL. ? If nor repair the CRM once or uninstall and re install the  Report Extension and Report Authoring Extension components.

  • Assuming you can make reports and everything else works...

    Open up CMD on CRM and navigate to:  

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Tools\ 

    Run:

    PublishReports.exe "YourOrganisationName"

    This'll republish/publish all the CRM reports to that organisation.
