Thank you for contacting the Live OneCare program forum. At this point, if you are a working desktop, I'd try running the complete scan, not the quick scan at http://safety.live.com for viruses and spyware. Also, before you do the scan, I'd verify that Internet Explorer is the current default browser, and I'd reset all Internet Explorer settings to default in Internet Options.
