URL Removal Tool

  Hello!  I have a URL that I need to have removed from Live Search, including the removal of the cached page stored in the search engine database.  I can't find a way to do that through the webmaster tools.

   

  My need is urgent.  Can someone offer me some assistance?  I see other references to the same problem in the forum, but everyone just keeps getting a response from a moderator who I'm guessing has helped.  I will GLADLY accept that kind of help, or just some help finding a removal tool if one exists.
