Hi all - this is my first time posting here.
I want my Microsoft for Outlook to track all incoming messages. I've set the settings in my outlook: on the Set Personal Options of CRM in outlook, I checked the
Allow Microsoft Dynamics CRM to send email using Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook
and Check incoming email n Outlook and determine whether an email should be linked and saved as Microsoft Dynamics record.
Then on the Cobmbobox for Track, I selected All email messages. I thought by doing this, all emails I will receive will be tracked by CRM. But it's not. I manually track the email by clicking the Track button on the ribbon.
How can I automatically track all the emails that I received on Outlook to CRM? What am I missing?
